You will: understand characteristics of adaptive leadership which recognises that there are in essence two kinds of problems that can be confused when searching for solutions, consider where recognising and implementing different approaches to problem solving can develop collective efficacy and capacity, have an awareness of how adaptive work diminishes the gap between current practice and the possibilities for innovation to create a better future, explore and develop deeper understanding of Tame Critical and Wicked Issues, reflect on how this growing understanding can impact on positive social and systems change.
